Meet Kim Graham DeNenno
Kim Graham DeNenno has spent more than 20 years in small business and nearly two decades in franchising, and has set performance records in every role she has held.
She began by helping people become business owners. At a national entrepreneurial funding firm, she helped finance hundreds of entrepreneurs, both independent business owners and franchisees. As a partner in two territories with one of the country’s largest franchise consulting networks, she worked locally with corporate professionals and aspiring franchisees to find the franchise opportunity that fit their goals, finances and lifestyle.
She then helped shape the broader franchise community. She founded and led a regional franchise association. As membership director of an international network of more than 800 franchise consultants, franchisors and suppliers, she grew membership and developed, enhanced and oversaw the initiatives that supported the network’s consultant, franchisor and vendor members.
On the franchisor side, she has worked with several emerging brands, and emerging and growth-stage brands remain her favorite to work with. She led franchise sales for a children’s coding and STEM education franchise through a franchise sales organization. She led a national senior living advisory franchise to the highest franchise sales performance in its history. And she led and built the U.S. franchise development model for an international home lift manufacturer, alongside its U.S. dealer network. Along the way she built complete CRM and reporting systems that gave leadership clearer insight into operations and strategy. She has helped franchisors and franchise consulting firms scale, including two companies that went on to sell to private equity, and has advised businesses when franchising isn’t the right fit for them.
Today she is Product Architect and Chief Development Officer of FDDLink™, which she built in partnership with one of the nation’s leading franchise law firms as the compliance bridge between franchise development, operations and legal compliance. FDDLink™ gives multi-brand organizations a single source of truth for every brand and integrates with the CRM and business systems teams already use.
Kim works hand in hand with franchisors and their legal teams so the FDD accurately reflects the business model and works as a sales tool, with the same message carried through marketing, the development process and the growth strategy.
Franchising isn’t for every person or every business. Kim’s role is to help owners and franchisors assess what they truly need, and then scale sustainably.
Build Right. Scale Right. Elevare.
